Payment.

The payment terms are set out in the contract document signed prior to commisioning Lighting By Degree to do your project.

Terms are strictly 7 days.

Should there be a need to alter these terms they will be clearly identified in the signed contract documentation prior to the commencement of work.

Samples.

Any Samples of the goods exhibited to or inspected by the purchaser or customer is acknowledged to be soley for the purpose of enabling a judgement as to the quality of the bulk before buying and not as to constitute a sale by sample.

Title of Goods.

Lighting By Degree (the Company) shall retain title to all goods supplied by it to the purchaser until it has received payment in full of all sums due in connection with the supply of all the goods by the Company to the purchaser at any time. In the case of payment by cheque, bill of exchange or note, title shall not pass to the purchaser until the same is honoured.
