Philip Regan MDesSc(Illum), MIES is experienced in all aspects of the lighting and electrical industry for over the past 20 years. Holding a Master Degree of Design Science(Illumination) from the University of Sydney, an Electrical contractor and Electrical fitter, a member of the International Dark Sky Association, a Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society and the recipient of the A. P. Turnbull Award. Being a lighting professional means that all aspects of the proposed lighting system is electrically and mechanically feasible as well as aesthetically pleasing and functional.
